Approximately 4,100 square feet is currently available for a combination of wet lab, dry lab, and office uses. Located on the 2nd floor of the JC Self Research Institute, in the McAlhany Family Center for Collaborative Research, this space is in the midst of our campus with convenient access to all GGC resources and amenities and can accommodate start-up companies, special project operations or organizations wanting to consider a long-term relationship with GGC.

The Partnership Campus Lab Space houses six laboratory modules, offices, and support space. We currently have available 754 SF laboratory modules and related office space for businesses looking to lease.
The Greenwood Genetic Center provides access to faculty, library, conference facilities, laboratory safety education, and a wide range of other support services.
AMENITIES: Wet lab space, secured office space, 4 degree C walk-in cooler, deionized water, air, natural gas, chemical fume hood space, parking, common meeting rooms, and rack space for networking equipment provided.
